Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for
the following position;
Service Advisor (1 position - Blantyre)
Required Qualification and Experience:
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Technical understanding of vehicles systems and maintenance procedures
will be an added advantage.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Auto Mobile
Engineering or any related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related role – those from the Automobile
Industry will have an added advantage.
• Valid Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process
• Collaborate with Job Dispatchers/Workshop Controller for job workflow
and scheduling for optimal efficiency
• Provide detailed information to customers on our products; parts, and
services
• Manage appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups
• Advise customers on warranties, cost-saving options, and repair benefits
• Keep customers updated on the status of their service.
